Within 8 weeks of a course or holiday commencing, deposits and fees are non-refundable unless the place can be re-allocated . The right to cancel a course or holiday is reserved and in that unlikely event all monies paid will be returned in full. A receipt will be sent confirming your reservation.
Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance on UK holidays as well as those abroad. Insurance cover for CANCELLATION should be included (illness, even to a close relative at the last minute has occurred and prevented someone from attending).
